Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client, a well-established and busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a fast-paced environment with potential for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move stock safely and efficiently around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Storing products in designated warehouse locations
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including picking and packing where required
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) Inhouse training certificates will not be accepted
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
